BRAND IDENTITY

The name KAV is a minimal play on the German word “Kaffee” while also evoking “calm” and “cave” a retreat like space in the city for those who want to slow down and sip with intention.

Designed with simplicity in mind, the logo features a softened “K” to evoke the gentle, welcoming energy of a quiet hideout just like the space itself.

Before KAV even opened its doors, it softly announced its presence by walking the streets quite literally. With hand held banners, tote bags, and coffee cups reading “Wanna KAV together?”, the brand sparked curiosity and connection in everyday spaces. This subtle street campaign turned a simple question into a quiet invitation: to slow down, to notice, and to gather.
