How Subscriptions Work

Your subscription renews automatically based on your selected billing interval. After each successful renewal, your Noma Mail Club edition will be prepared and shipped to you.

If you choose a monthly subscription, your card will be charged once per month and you will receive a new themed mail set every month no need to place a new order manually.

Subscriptions renew monthly on the same date you subscribed.
To avoid the next billing cycle, please cancel before your renewal date.

Can I Pause or Cancel My Subscription?

Yes. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal. Simply log in using the email address you used at checkout.

Can I Skip a Month?

Yes. You can skip or reschedule a shipment anytime in your customer portal. Each upcoming delivery includes an option to skip the charge if needed.

What Happens If a Payment Fails?

If a payment cannot be processed, you will receive an email with a secure link to update your payment method. Once updated, your subscription will continue normally.
